Common maintenance methods for hose pumps are as follows:
1. Check whether the pipes of the hose pump are unobstructed, whether the hose joints are loose, and whether the pump head and rollers are manually rotated, whether they are flexible.
2. Power on the hose pump drive to check whether the motor is running normally. After normal operation, test whether the inlet and outlet pressures of the hose pump meet the requirements.
3. Set the lift and flow of the hose pump to ensure that it operates within the optimal range in order to obtain an efficient operating state.
4. During the operation of the hose pump, the maximum temperature of the bearing shall not exceed 80 ℃, and ensure that the temperature of the peristaltic bearing shall not exceed 35 ℃ higher than the ambient temperature.
5. During the working process of the hose pump, if abnormal noise is found in the hose pump, the hose pump should be turned off immediately for inspection.
6. Daily maintenance should be timely. After a new pump is used for one month, the lubricating oil should be replaced every 100 hours. The hose pump should be replaced every 100 hours within the first month of operation, and every 500 hours thereafter.
7. Regularly check the upper pressure block of the pump head. If the upper pressure block is found to be rough and uneven, the upper pressure block of the pump head should be replaced immediately to prevent the hose from being subjected to large wear and thus reducing the service life of the hose.
8. If the hose pump is not used for a long time, the pump head of the hose pump needs to be disassembled, other liquids in the pump body should be wiped dry, and the lubricating oil of the connection between the pump head and the drive, the motor bearing and other related connection parts should be fully filled, and then Store at room temperature for safe storage.
